3M DI-NOC™ and FASARA™ Transform La Rinascente, Reflecting Sustainability at Milan Design Week

3M also made its presence felt at the headquarters of the La Rinascente department store on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Collaborating with the ADI Design Museum, 3M adorned two windows of the shopping center with its innovative FASARA™ Glass Finishes. These decorative films, specifically designed for glass surfaces, have the ability to completely transform the ambiance of an interior space. This made them a perfect choice for the windows, offering a captivating view of the iconic Duomo de Milano cathedral.

Demonstrating their commitment to sustainability, all materials used in the installations were recycled after the event concluded. Additionally, the Salone Del Mobile partnered with the local “Forestami” initiative to create a temporary forest of 200 trees throughout the fairgrounds. These trees will be permanently planted across Milan, leaving a lasting positive impact on the city.
